No refunds/exchanges. ALL sales are final. Store credits will be issued if merchandise is damaged or incorrect order sent from Kakez by Koko Kakez.

When an order is delivered and appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately. All claims must be reported to us within the 24 hour time frame of order marked as "delivered/accepted/signed for" etc. 

We advise a email from our site directly in the "CONTACT' section or kakezbykokokakez@yahoo,com, along with a phone call 4434197119, with your order number ready as the best way to reach customer service about your order.

Processing:

If order is placed Monday-Thursday before 5pm EST processing will began that day or the next business day.

We will only send you a confirmation of order email. Your next email will be your confirmation of shipping, which includes your tracking number OR pick up address/times for local pick up orders. We do not email in between those emails unless there is a concern with your order. If you don't receive your tracking info within 3 business days, please reach out to inquire about the status of your order.
